To ring in the best of luck to everyone in 2023, we’re offering Ehomaki, also known as the Fortune Sushi Roll. It’s a thick sushi roll eaten on Setsubun (February 3rd) in silence while making a wish facing a certain direction for the best luck (eho). The direction this year is South/Southeast. The sushi roll is filled with 7 ingredients featuring bluefin tuna, ikura, shrimp, jidori-tamago yaki(eggs), and kampyo (dried and seasoned gourd stripsz), shiitake mushroom and cucumber. We’re now accepting pre-orders until 1/30.
