We do not have a waiting area to accommodate early arrivals. Please plan to arrive at your designated reservation time.
Reservation Policy
A menu cannot be shared with multiple persons, and the entire party must order the same course. Please notify us for any allergy restrictions 24 hours prior to your reservation time, otherwise we cannot offer an alternative. If you are running late, please call the restaurant at (702) 778-8889. We will hold the table for a grace period of 15 minutes before offering the reservation to our waitlist.
20% gratuity will be added for parties of six( 6) or more.
Dining time will be about 2-2.5 hours.
Bar seating is limited with first reservations acoommodated in order of highest tier Kaiseki. We unfortunately cannot take bar seating requests with such limited space but will always do our best to provide you the best kaiseki experience.
Dress code
Business casual attire is appropriate (no swim wear, sleep wear, athletic wear, shorts or sandals please)
Dietary Restrictions
While we do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions, please note that in order to maintain the integrity of our dishes, there are certain requests we cannot accommodate - including vegetarian, vegan, fish allergy and gluten-free requests. The base ingredients of our dishes contain fish and algae, and soy sauce is not gluten-free. If you have any questions regarding, please call us in advance of making a reservation.
Cancellation
To avoid a 100% cancellation fee, reservations must be canceled, changed, or decrease number of people in party with more than 48 hours (2 days) notice. For parties of 5 or more, cancellations must be made at least one week (7days) prior to the reservation date to avoid cancellation fee. Should you wish to increase your party size - advanced notice is required and not guaranteed.
This is because Kaiseki cuisine requires us to order ingredients and prepare well in advance. You will be asked to provide your credit card number, expiration date, name, security code and zip code when you make a reservation.
