Immerse yourself in our exclusive Kubota sake pairing experience!
In this one-day event, you can enjoy varieties of Kubota sake together with a special Kaiseki menu designed exclusively to compliment the craft of Kubota sake.

You will be served with six exceptional Kaiseki courses paired with six different Kubota sake including the limited produce of Kubota brand, Tsugu sake.




Sashimi / Kubota Manju

Yakimono / Kubota Suiju
-Grilled marinated sea bream
-Griled black abalone topped with miso
-Steamed scallop cake topped with pollack roe)

Kawarizara / Kubota Hekiju
-Grilled A3 wagyu topped with truffles and wasabi teriyaki sauce
-Simmered wagyu with mashed potatoes, sweet snap pea and burdock karaage

Agemono / Kubota Senju
-3 Colored Shrimp Tempura
(shiso/rice cracker/plum)
