Immerse yourself in our exclusive Dewazakura sake pairing experience!
In this one-day event, you can enjoy varieties of Dewazakura
 sake together with a special Kaiseki menu designed exclusively to compliment the craft of Dewazakura sake.

You will be served with eight exceptional Kaiseki courses paired with seven different Dewazakura sake including the limited produce of Dewazakura brand, Yukimanman sake.




*2 kind Kobachi / Mountain Cherry

-Lobster, black abalone and firefly squid topped with Hokkaido uni

-Grade A5 wagyu beef toppe with caviar


*Otsukuri / Tenth Degree

O-toro from Japan and 2 kinds of seasonal fish handpicked by chef


*Yakimono / Omachi

Grade A5 wagyu fillet mignon grilled over bincho-tan.

topped with foie gras, truffle and vegetables and BBQ sauce on the side


Mushimono / Dewasansan

Steamed sakuradai and Hokkaido zuwai crab

topped with silver sauce with truffle and aonori seaweed


Agemono gawari / Yukimanman 


Deep fried Potato wrapped with Grade A5 Hokkaido snow beef

topped with nikujaga sauce
