Each of our three dining experiences — Kaiseki, Sushi Omakase, and Gyu (Beef) Kappo — is served in its own dedicated room, so guests dining together must select the same menu to be seated in the same room. Our menu changes monthly to reflect the freshest seasonal ingredients, with your selection made at the time of booking.
All courses are served simultaneously to every guest, and we can hold your table for up to 15 minutes past your reservation time. Our 48-hour cancellation policy applies, and a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
We're happy to try to accommodate an earlier finish time when possible. We recommend letting us know at the time of booking by calling us 702-778-8889, as we cannot guarantee accommodation for same-day requests.
