To ring in the best of luck to everyone in 2024, we’re offering Ehomaki, also known as the Fortune Sushi Roll. It’s a thick sushi roll eaten on Setsubun (February 3rd) in silence while making a wish facing a certain direction for the best luck (eho). The direction this year is East and 1 quarter north. The sushi roll is filled with 7 ingredients featuring Hokkaido uni, bluefin tuna, ikura, shrimp, tamago(jidori eggs), shiitake mushrooms and kampyo (dried and seasoned gourd stripsz). We’re now accepting pre-orders until 2/1.
